养阴清肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床疗效的观察

摘　　要：目的 评估养阴清肺汤在改善患者呼吸功能、生活质量以及疾病症状上的有效性。方法 纳入郑州市第六人民医院2022年1月至2023年10月期间收治的85例COPD患者,按随机数字表法分为A组(43人)和B组(42人),两组患者均接受常规基础治疗,A组在此基础上加服养阴清肺汤,每日1剂,服用4周。评估对比两组临床疗效、症状评分、肺功能[用力呼气量第1秒占预计值的百分比(FEV1)、用力肺活量占预计值的百分比(FVC)、FEV1/FVC比例及用力呼气峰流速(PEF)]、炎症因子[白介素-6(IL-6)、半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)]、6分钟步行试验(6MWD)、慢阻肺评估测试(CAT)和圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)。结果 治疗后,A组疗效为95.35%,高于B组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组中医症状评分、CAT、SGRQ降低,6分钟步行试验提高,且A组变化幅度大于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEF均升高,且A组高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者IL-6、Gal-3、TGF-β1均降低,且A组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论 养阴清肺汤作为COPD辅助治疗,能有效改善患者的中医症状评分、肺功能、降低炎症因子水平,提高生活质量,证实了其在慢性阻塞性肺气肿综合治疗中的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction in improving respiratory function,quality of life,and disease symptoms in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 85 COPD patients treated at the Sixth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2022 to October 2023 were included in the study.Patients were randomly divided into Group A(43 patients)and Group B(42 patients).Both groups received standard basic treatment,with Group A additionally receiving Yangyin Qingfei Decoction,administered once daily for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,pulmonary function[percentage of predicted forced expiratory volume in I sec-ond(FEV1),percentage of predicted forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC ratio,and peak expiratory flow(PEF)],in-flammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),galectin-3(Gal-3),and transforming growth factor-betal(TGF-β1)],6-minute walking distance(6MWD),COPD Assessment Test(CAT),and St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)were as-sessed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the efficacy rate of Group A was 95.35%,higher than 78.57%of Group B,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores,CAT,SGRQ decreased,and the 6-minute walk test improved in both groups,with changes in Group A being greater than in Group B,showing a statistically significant dfference(P<0.05).FVC,FEV1/FVC,PEF increased in both groups,with Group A higher than Group B,indicating a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Inflammation factors de-creased in both groups,with lower levels in Group A,demonstrating a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclu-sion As an adjunctive therapy for COPD,the Yin-nourishing and Lung-clearing Decoction can effectively improve patients'Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores,lung function,reduce inflammation factor levels,and enhance the quality of life,confirming its application value in the comprehensive treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary e
