摘  要:目的 构建基于移动学习平台的线上线下混合式护理培训方案,并分析其应用效果。方法 本课题组与专业软件工程师合作开发移动端线上护理培训平台,并基于文献回顾、半结构式访谈和小组讨论的方式构建线上线下混合式护理培训方案。选取我院90例护士为研究对象,分为对照组1、对照组2和实验组三组,每组各30例。对照组1实施基于移动平台的线上护理培训,对照组2实施常规线下护理培训,实验组实施线上线下混合式护理培训,比较三组护士的理论知识成绩、专业技能成绩和对培训效果的评价。结果 与对照组1和对照组2相比,实验组护士的理论知识成绩和专业技能成绩更高,分别为80.53±2.90分和92.07±2.13分(P<0.05);同时实验组护士对护理培训的总满意度(86.67%)高于对照组1(56.67%)和对照组2(60.00%)的总满意度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于移动学习平台的线上线下混合式护理培训有效地提高了护士的职业技能水平,提升了护理培训的质量和效率。Objective To explore the establishment of a online and offline blended nursing training mode based on mo-bile learning platform and analyze its application effects.Methods We collaborated with professional software engineers to develop a mobile-based online nursing training platform.We constructed the blended online and offline nursing training pro-gram by reviewing literature,conducting semi-structured interviews,and holding group discussions.90 nurses from our hospi-tal were selected as research subjects and divided into three groups:Control Group 1,Control Group 2,and Experimental Group,with 30 nurses in each group.Control Group 1 received online nursing training based on the mobile platform,Control Group 2 received conventional offline nursing training,and the Experimental Group received blended online and offline nursing training. We compared the theoretical knowledge scores, professional skll scores,and evaluations of training effectivenessamong the three groups of nurses. Results Compared with Control Group 1 and Control Group 2,nurses in the ExperimentalGroup achieved higher scores in theoretical knowledge( 80. 53 ± 2. 90 points ) and professional skills (92. 07 ± 2. 13points) (P<0. 05). Additionally, nurses in the Experimental Group reported higher overall satisfaction with the nursingtraining(86.67% )compared to Control Group 1(56.67% )and Control Group 2(60. 00% ), with statistically significantdifferences(P<0. 05). Conclusion The blended online and offline nursing training based on the mobile learning platformeffectively enhances nurses' professional skills,improves the quality and efficiency of nursing training.
