摘　　要：“党是最高政治领导力量”是《中国共产党章程》中的重要规定。这一规定性表达源于马克思主义经典作家的相关思想,凝结着中国共产党100多年来奋斗的历史经验,是破解大党独有难题的有效方式、推进中国式现代化的必然要求。“党是最高政治领导力量”在党章党规和宪法法律中的确认,对于把党的全面领导落实到国家治理各领域各方面,确保党始终成为中国特色社会主义事业的坚强领导核心具有重要意义。新时代新征程,必须坚持“党是最高政治领导力量”,继续深化党的建设制度改革,不断健全完善党的领导制度体系,着力提高党的执政能力和领导水平,为以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴提供坚强的保证。“The Party is the highest force for political leadership”is an important provision in the Constitution of the Communist Party of China.This prescriptive expression is rooted in the relevant thoughts of classical Marxist writers and encapsulates the historical experiences of the Communist Party of China in its centenary struggles.It provides an effective solution to the unique challenge faced by a large party and is a necessary requirement for advancing China's modernization.The affirmation of“the Party is the highesrt force for political leadership”in the Party's constitution and regulations and in the legal framework of the constitution is of great significance for implementing the Party's overall leadership across all areas of governance,and for ensuring that the Party will always be the strong leadership core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.On the new journey in the new era,we must uphold the principle that“the Party is the highest force for political leadership”,continue to deepen the reform of the system of Party-building,constantly improve the Party's leadership system,and strive to improve the Party's governance and leadership capabilities,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the comprehensive advancement of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through the Chinese path to modernization.
