摘　　要：全球经济体系中的科技垄断是生产力向全球范围发展与国际垄断资本寻求超额利润之间矛盾运动的结果。在科技垄断的权力构建过程中,西方发达国家的跨国企业凭借垄断以科技为核心的知识资源,控制着生产和流通的关键节点,并通过强化从属企业和国家对其的依赖关系来维护不平等的权力结构。近些年来,一部分发展中国家在寻求改变其从属地位的过程中,对原有的权力结构造成了冲击。西方国家为维护其科技垄断地位,打压发展中国家的科技发展,破坏全球产业链分工协作关系,阻碍科技合作交往,加剧了全球社会的矛盾和冲突。中国要突破美西方的科技垄断,需发挥好国家力量在推进新科技革命中的引领作用,发挥科技作为生产要素的积极作用,并主动引领国际科技合作。Technological monopoly in the global economic system is the result of the contradictory movement between the development of productive forces on a global scale and the pursuit of excess profit by international monopoly capital.In the process of power construction in technological monopoly,multinational corporations from developed Western countries leverage their monopolistic control over technology-centered knowledge resources to dominate key nodes of production and distribution.They maintain an unequal power structure by reinforcing the dependency relationships of subordinate enterprises and nations.In recent years,some developing countries have begun to challenge this existing power structure in their quest to alter their subordinate status.In response,Western countries have sought to maintain their technological monopoly by suppressing the technological development of these nations,undermining the collaborative relationships within global industrial chains,obstructing scientific and technological cooperation,and exacerbating global social contradictions and conflicts.To break through the technological monopoly of the United States and the West,China must effectively utilize its national power to lead the new technological revolution,harness the positive role of technology as production factor,and proactively guide international technological cooperation.
