摘 要:针对大规模分布式光伏接入配电系统后的雷击暂态过电压问题,选取南京溧水地区典型分布式光伏系统为研究对象,根据光伏系统和10 kV配电线路实际结构及参数,提出了光伏电池阵列、逆变器和控制系统等关键模块的构建方法,并建立了综合考虑光伏系统和配电线路的雷击过电压计算模型;计算了雷击配电线路侧和光伏侧时,配电线路侧、光伏并网接入点及逆变器直流侧过电压的变化规律。结果表明:当雷击点位于临近并网接入点1-2级杆塔所在配电线路时,入侵过电压波对光伏系统的影响较大,易造成光伏组件损坏;当雷击点位于并网接入点时,对配电线路的影响较大。研究可为分布式光伏大规模接入配电网背景下的雷电防护提供参考。In view of the lightning transient overvoltage problem after the large-scale distributed photovoltaic access to the distribution system,the typical distributed photovoltaic system in Nanjing Lishui area was selected as the research object.According to the actual structure and parameters of the photovoltaic system and 10 kV distribution line,the construction methods of photovoltaic cell array,inverter and control system and other key modules were proposed.The calculation model of lightning overvoltage considering photovoltaic system and distribution line was established.Under the conditions of lightning striking the distribution line side and photovoltaic side,the variation of overvoltage on the distribution line side,photovoltaic grid-connected access point and inverter DC side was calculated.The results show that when the lightning point is located in the distribution line of the 1-2 level tower near the grid-connection access point,the intrusion overvoltage wave has a great influence on the photovoltaic system,which is easy to cause the photovoltaic module to be damaged.When the lightning point is located at the grid-connected access point,it has a greater impact on the distribution line.The research can provide a reference for lightning protection under the background of distributed photovoltaic large-scale access to the distribution network.
