摘 要:基于MFT法和Vacuum Golve Box法真空压铸技术,对热室压铸机模具密封装置、抽真空口装置及抽真空压铸工艺流程进行了设计,确保密封箱与模具型腔内的真空度,以实现高真空压铸。设计及制造了梯形S型ZA8锌合金压铸件,分析高真空压铸工艺对其成形品质的影响。发现高真空环境下压铸件断面特征致密性好,无气孔、缩松缺陷。基于梯形S型ZA8锌合金铸件效果,结合试验与实际产品试制,进一步探讨该工艺方法对铸件力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用该工艺设计的高真空压铸工艺铸件断面特征及力学性能比普通压铸工艺更好,抗拉强度高达396.4 MPa,硬度(HBS)高达98.5。Based on the vacuum die casting technology of MFT and Vacuum Golve Box,the die sealing device,vacuum opening device and vacuum die casting process of hot chamber die casting machine were designed to ensure the vacuum degree in the seal box and die cavity and realize the high vacuum die casting process.The trapezoidal S-type ZA8 zinc alloy die casting was designed and manufactured and the influence of high vacuum die casting process on its forming quality was analyzed.It is found that the section characteristics of the casting under high vacuum environment are dense without shrinkage porosities.Based on the effect of trapezoidal S-type ZA8 zinc alloy castings,influence of the process on mechanical properties of castings was further analyzed in combination with experiments and actual product trial production.The results reveal that the high vacuum die casting process designed by the process has better section characteristics and mechanical properties than ordinary die casting process,where tensile strength reaches up to 396.4 MPa with hardness of 98.5 HBS.
