摘　　要：我国卫生资源配置效率研究从1993年开始,发文量总体呈波浪式上升的趋势。在卫生资源配置效率的方法学研究方面,当前主要集中在评价方法和指标选取的研究,多数研究使用基础DEA模型,今后应积极探索三阶段DEA、四阶段DEA和六阶段DEA等模型的应用,构建更加合理的评价指标体系。在实证研究方面,当前主要集中在现状评价和影响因素的研究,今后应加强对中西部地区和专科医院、民营医院的关注,加强对政策因素的分析,并逐步从现状评价、影响因素分析,过渡到全面、深入探究影响因素之间的相互关系与作用机制,制定更加科学高效的政策方案,从而不断提高卫生资源配置效率。The research on the efficiency of health resources allocation in China has shown a wave-like upward trend since 1993. At present, the methodological research on the efficiency of health resource allocation mainly focuses on evaluation methods and index selection, and most of the research uses basic DEA model. In the future, it is necessary to actively explore the application of three-stage DEA,four-stage DEA and six-stage DEA models to build a more reasonable evaluation index system. In terms of empirical research, the efficiency of health resource allocation mainly focuses on the evaluation of the current situation and influencing factors. In the future, it is necessary to pay more attention to the central and western regions, specialized hospitals and private hospitals, strengthen the analysis of policy factors, and gradually transition from the evaluation of the current situation and the analysis of influencing factors to a comprehensive and in-depth study of the relationship and mechanism of influencing factors, and formulate more scientific and efficient policy programs, so as to continuously improve the efficiency of health resource allocation.
