摘　　要：目的:分析公立医院科技成果转化异质性主体,为提高公立医院科技成果转化效率提供参考。方法:基于行动者网络理论,明确公立医院科技成果转化行动者要素。结果:政府、公立医院为核心行动者,由其“组局”,通过“问题呈现、利益赋予、征召和动员”等转译程序,构建公立医院科技成果转化协同网络,有效整合异质性主体,促使其积极参与公立医院科技成果转化。结论:公立医院科技成果转化网络已初步搭建,应进一步建立风险分担机制,完善科技成果转化平台,建立监督机制,维护协同网络的有效运行。Objective To analyze the heterogeneous subjects involved in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals, and to provide reference for improving the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation in public hospitals. Methods Based on the theory of actor networks, the elements of actors involved in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals were identified. Results The governments and public hospitals were identified as the core actors,serving as organizers. Through procedures of "problem presentation, benefit allocation, recruitment and mobilization", the governments and public hospitals builds a collaborative network for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals, so as to effectively integrate heterogeneous subjects and encourage them to actively participate in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals. Conclusion The network for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals has been preliminarily established. It is necessary to further establish a risk sharing mechanism, improve the technology transfer platform, establish a supervision mechanism, and maintain the effective operation of the collaborative network.
