摘 要:苍容浔江大桥工程在国内首次采用大直径桩+地下连续墙组合方式作为锚碇基础的永久受力结构。阐述了项目在桩墙组合锚碇基础的施工工艺、成孔精度控制措施以及基础质量检测等方面的研究成果。通过采用一期桩基+二期槽施工工艺,结合定位、分级成孔、钻具改型及随测随纠等精度控制措施,确保了桩墙间的完整性,充分发挥了桩墙组合基础结构的力学性能;通过采用新型装备与系统,显著提高了施工效率,降低了施工成本,增强了施工过程中的安全监控和风险控制能力。不仅避免了传统锚碇基础大体量的土石方开挖和混凝土回填,实现了减碳目标,也为今后同类项目提供了有益的探索和丰富的施工经验,具有较大的推广应用价值。In the paper,relying on the Cangrong Xunjiang Bridge project which for the first time in China adopting the combination of large-diameter piles and diaphragm walls as the permanent load-bearing structure of the anchorage foundation,key construction technologies are innovated and applied.The construction technology,hole accuracy control measures,and foundation quality inspection of pile wall combined anchorage foundation are studied.By adopting the construction process of first phase pile foundation and second phase groove,combined with precision control measures such as positioning,graded drilling,drilling tool modification,and measurement and timely correction,the integrity between the pile walls is ensured,and the mechanical performance of the pile wall composite foundation structure is fully utilized.At the same time,new equipment and systems are adopted which significantly improves construction efficiency,reduces construction costs,and enhances safety monitoring and risk control capabilities during the construction process.This study not only avoids the large-scale excavation of soil and gravel and concrete backfilling in traditional anchor foundations,achieving carbon reduction goals,but also provides useful exploration and rich construction experience for similar projects in the future,with wide promotion and application value.
