摘 要:依托张靖皋长江大桥,通过亚克力缩尺模型试验分析了30 mm厚钢板混凝土中的小尺度浇筑缺陷的质量检测方法。为明确现有检测方法在本工程中的适用性,调研并选取了冲击回波法、冲击映像法与压电陶瓷法,用于开展无损检测方法对比试验研究。提出了缺陷识别率与误判率的评价指标,通过在钢管混凝土足尺模型内布设的人为缺陷,分别将3种方法盲检的结果与缺陷实际布置位置比对,从而分析各方法的适用性。研究结果表明,压电陶瓷法的检测能力更强,检测结果的可靠度更高,7 mm厚缺陷的识别率达到83.3%,更适用于小尺度的缺陷检测;冲击映像法的检测效率高、经济性好,工程实用性更强,小尺度缺陷的检测能力介于压电陶瓷法与冲击回波法之间。Based on Zhang-Jing-gao Yangtze River Bridge,this paper puts forward the quality inspection problem of small pouring defects in 30mm thick steel plate concrete through scale model test.In order to clarify the applicability of the existing detection technology in this project,the impact echo method,the impact imaging method and the piezoelectric ceramic method were investigated and selected for the comparative experiment of non-destructive testing methods.The evaluation indexes of defect identification rate and misjudgment rate are proposed.Through the artificial defects laid in the full-scale model of concrete filled steel tube,the results of blind detection of the three methods are compared with the actual location of the defects,so as to analyze the applicability of each method.The experimental results show that the piezoelectric ceramic method has stronger detection ability and higher reliability of detection results.The identification rate of 7 mm thick defects reaches 83.3%,which is more suitable for small defect detection.The impact imaging method has high detection efficiency,good economy and stronger engineering practicability,and the detection ability of small defects is between the piezoelectric ceramic method and the impact echo method.
