摘　　要：加快构建江西省交通基础设施现代化是江西省交通强国建设的重要内容,是江西建设以“人民满意、保障有力、全国前列”为总目标的重要基础。以交通强国建设为时代背景,首先通过建立江西省交通基础设施现代化评价指标库,利用生物进化-德菲尔专家咨询组合法筛选出核心指标,建立以交通强国为背景的江西省交通基础设施现代化评价指标体系,然后对指标进行无量纲化,基于AHP法对指标赋权,最后通过加权合成等一系列计算处理得到交通基础设施现代化评价指数。本指标体系能够对江西省交通规划、交通基础设施建设进行有效评估与监测,并对评估结果提出相关对策及建议。Accelerating the construction of modern transportation infrastructure is an important part of building a strong transportation country in Jiangxi Province,which is also an important foundation for the Province's overall goal of“the people being satisfied,strong guarantees being provided,and with lead position in the Country”.In the paper,taking the construction of a strong transportation country as the background of the times,firstly,the core indicators are selected using the biological evolution Delphi expert consultation combination method and through establishing an evaluation index library for modern transportation infrastructure in Jiangxi.Then,a evaluation index system for modern transportation infrastructure in Jiangxi is established with the background of a strong transportation country.Next,the indicators are dimensionless and weighted using the AHP method.Finally,the modern transportation basic evaluation index is obtained through a series of calculations such as weighted synthesis.This index system can effectively evaluate and monitor the transportation planning and transportation infrastructure construction in Jiangxi Province,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the evaluation results are put forward.
