摘  要:为了研究超长公路隧道运营期交通事故风险,提高超长公路隧道运营期风险评价水平及安全防控措施,以天山胜利隧道工程为依托,从驾驶人员、车辆、设施、管理、交通环境等方面建立了适用于超长公路隧道运营安全评价指标体系。利用层次分析法和可拓综合评价法确定各个指标的关联度、权重,计算隧道不同区段的安全风险等级变量特征值,最后确定天山胜利隧道交通事故的运营安全风险可能性等级为Ⅱ级。结果表明将该方法运用到运营期交通事故风险评价具有一定的适用性。In order to study the risk of traffic accidents during the operation period of ultra-long highway tunnels,improve the level of risk evaluation and safety prevention and control measures during the operation period of ultra-long highway tunnels,relying on the Tianshan Shengli Tunnel Project,a safety evaluation index system that applicable to the operation of ultra-long highway tunnels is established from the aspects of drivers,vehicles,facilities,management,and traffic environment.The hierarchical analysis method and the extendable comprehensive evaluation method are used to determine the correlation and weight of each index,calculate the eigenvalues of the safety risk level variables of different sections of the tunnel,and finally determine that the operating safety risk possibility level of the traffic accident in Tianshan Shengli Tunnel being LevelⅡ.The results show that the application of the method to the risk assessment of traffic accidents during the operation period has certain applicability.
