摘 要:以顺德区伦桂路沉管隧道工程为依托,研究了超宽内河沉管隧道在软弱地层基础上的沉降控制技术。将全线分为14个计算断面,建立二维数值模型,分析施工运营全过程中天然地基和加固地基的沉降和地基刚度。分析结果表明:采用水泥搅拌桩地基加固方案能有效地控制地基沉降及不均匀沉降问题;在淤泥层较厚区域,加固后地基刚度提升超过50%,沉降值降低40%;在强度较不均匀的地基中,加固后地基刚度呈对称分布,不均匀沉降值降低90%;全线地基加固后,其沉降值、不均匀沉降和地基刚度均得到了有效改善,尤其在淤泥层较厚区域的突变得到了平缓,避免了管节出现较大的纵向弯曲和扭转变形。Based on the Shunde District Lungui Road immersed tunnel project,the settlement control technology for ultra-wide river immersed tube tunnels is studied.The entire route is divided into 14 calculation sections,and 2D numerical models are established to analyze the settlement and foundation stiffness for natural foundation and strengthened foundation during construction and operation whole process.The analysis results indicate that the cement mixing pile reinforcement can effectively control settlement and uneven settlement.In the area with thick silt layer,the foundation stiffness increases by more than 50%and the settlement value decreases by 40%after reinforcement.In the foundation with uneven strength,the stiffness of the foundation is symmetrically distributed after reinforcement,and the uneven settlement value decreases by 90%.The settlement value,non-uniform settlement and foundation stiffness are improved effectively after the whole foundation is strengthened,especially in the area with thick silt layer,the abrupt change is flattened,and the large longitudinal bending and torsional deformation of pipe joints are avoided.
