摘 要:细粒级尾砂沉降速度是料浆制备的重要因素。为探究絮凝剂种类、尾砂溶液质量浓度、絮凝剂溶液质量浓度、絮凝剂单耗多因素耦合条件下尾砂絮凝沉降规律,通过Design Expert分析软件的中心复合设计制定正交试验方案,采用两种絮凝剂对细粒级尾砂溶液开展絮凝沉降试验,建立尾砂溶液质量浓度、絮凝剂溶液质量浓度、絮凝剂单耗多种因素与细粒级尾砂沉降速度的预测模型,得出各因素对细粒级尾砂沉降速度影响敏感性,并获取各个因素的最优组合。结果表明:在相同浓度细粒级尾砂溶液中加入聚丙酰胺后,细粒级尾砂溶液的沉降速度最快,具有更大的沉降高度;随着尾砂溶液质量浓度的增加,尾砂溶液沉降速度下降;随着絮凝剂溶液质量浓度的增加,尾砂溶液沉降速度的变化较为缓慢;随着絮凝剂单耗的增加,尾砂溶液沉降速度由缓慢上升到较为快速上升;3种单因素对细粒级尾砂沉降速度的影响程度从大到小依次为尾砂溶液质量浓度、絮凝剂单耗、絮凝剂溶液质量浓度;尾砂溶液质量浓度和絮凝剂单耗的交互作用对尾砂溶液沉降速度的影响较大。各因素的最优值:尾砂溶液质量浓度为10%,絮凝剂溶液质量浓度为0.3%,絮凝剂单耗为30 g/t。The sedimentation velocity of fine-grained tailings is an important factor in slurry preparation. In order to explore the flocculation sedimentation law of tailings under the multi-factor coupling conditions of flocculant type, tailings solution mass concentration, flocculant solution mass concentration and flocculant unit consumption, the orthogonal test scheme was formulated by the central composite design of Design Expert analysis software. Two kinds of flocculants were used to carry out flocculation sedimentation test on fine-grained tailings solution. The prediction models of various factors such as tailings solution mass concentration, flocculant solution mass concentration, flocculant unit consumption and fine-grained tailings sedimentation velocity were established. The sensitivity of various factors to the sedimentation velocity of fine-grained tailings was obtained, and the optimal combination of various factors was obtained. The results show that the sedimentation velocity of the fine-grained tailings solution is the fastest and the sedimentation height is larger after adding the polyacrylamide to the fine-grained tailings solution with the same concentration. With the increase of tailings solution mass concentration, the sedimentation velocity of tailings solution decreases. With the increase of flocculant solution mass concentration, the sedimentation velocity of tailings solution changes slowly. With the increase of flocculant unit consumption, the sedimentation velocity of tailings solution rises from a slow rise to a rapid rise. The influence degree of three single factors on the sedimentation velocity of fine-grained tailings from large to small is tailings solution mass concentration, flocculant unit consumption and flocculant solution mass concentration. The interaction between tailings solution mass concentration and flocculant unit consumption has a great influence on the sedimentation velocity of tailings solution.
