摘 要:为探究矿浆质量浓度对高方解石型萤石浮选效果的影响,在明确磨矿细度为-0.074 mm含量占70%的条件下,通过粗选、扫选、精选、精粗选和精扫选阶段作业的矿浆质量浓度试验,系统研究了不同矿浆质量浓度对萤石回收率和萤石品位的影响。试验结果表明,适宜的矿浆质量浓度能显著提高萤石品位和萤石回收率,特别是在粗选阶段;针对方解石含量高、易泥化的问题,通过控制矿浆质量浓度、精粗选与精扫选的组合优化浮选流程,降低了中矿循环量,提高了资源利用效率;在最佳条件下,闭路试验获得了CaF_(2)品位为97.84%,回收率为85.97%的萤石精矿。研究成果强调了矿浆质量浓度对提高浮选效率的重要性,为同类型的萤石选矿工艺提供了实践指导和理论支持。To explore the effect of slurry mass concentration on the flotation effect of high calcite fluorite, under the condition that the grinding fineness was-0.074 mm content accounts for 70%, the effects of different slurry mass concentrations on the recovery rate and grade of fluorite were systematically studied by the slurry mass concentration test in the stages of roughing, scavenging, cleaning, cleaning-roughing and cleaning-scavenging. The test results show that the appropriate slurry mass concentration can significantly improve the fluorite grade and fluorite recovery rate, especially in the roughing stage. Aiming at the problems of high calcite content and easy mudding, the flotation process is optimized by controlling the combination of slurry mass concentration, cleaning-roughing and cleaning-scavenging, which reduces the circulation of middle ore and improves the utilization efficiency of resources. Under the optimum conditions, fluorite concentrate with CaF_(2) grade of 97.84% and recovery rate of 85.97% is obtained by closed-circuit test. The research results emphasize the importance of slurry mass concentration to improve flotation efficiency, and provide practical guidance and theoretical support for the same type of fluorite beneficiation process.
