城市人居环境与经济韧性耦合协调研究——以吉林省为例

摘　　要：选取吉林省九市(州)2007—2021年面板数据,构建城市人居环境与经济韧性系统评价指标体系,运用熵权法、耦合协调模型以及ArcGIS空间分析等方法,对吉林省九市(州)城市人居环境与经济韧性耦合协调时空演变特征进行分析。结果表明:(1)九市(州)城市人居环境与经济韧性具有高度相关性,二者发展趋势相似,总体保持波动上升发展态势;(2)九市(州)经济韧性发展水平低于城市人居环境发展水平,属于经济韧性滞后型;(3)吉林省城市人居环境与经济韧性耦合协调度呈“中、东部高,西、南部低”的格局,相较于其他市(州),长春市耦合协调度增长趋势更为明显,水平更高。针对现存问题,未来要加强各城市的发展合作,并根据实际情况制定差异化发展政策。Selected a panel data of nine cities(state)in Jilin Province from 2007 to 2021 to construct a system evaluation index system of urban human settlements and economic resilience,and the spatio-temporal evolutionary characteristics of the coupling and coordination between urban human settlements and economic resilience of nine cities(state)in Jilin Province are analyzed by using entropy method,coupled coordination model and ArcGIS spatial analysis.The results show that:(1)The urban human settlements and economic resilience of nine cities(state)in Jilin Province are highly correlated,and the development trend of both is similar,maintaining a fluctuating upward development trend in general;(2)The development level of economic resilience of nine cities(state)are lower than the development level of urban human settlements,and belongs to the lagging type of economic resilience;(3)The degree of coupling and coordination between urban human settlements and economic resilience in Jilin Province is“high in the middle and east,low in the west and south”.Compared with other cities(state),the growth trend of the coupling and coordination degree in Changchun is more obvious and the level is higher.In response to the existing problems,it is necessary to strengthen the development cooperation among cities in the future and to formulate differentiated development policies according to the actual situation.
