摘　　要：This special issue is closely associated with the 17th Annual Conference on Theory and Applications of Models of Computation(TAMC),held in Tianjin,China,from September 16 to 18,2022.Featuring a selection of eight remarkable papers,six of which originated from contributors to TAMC 2022,this issue underwent a rigorous selection process,upholding the stringent external review standards of Tsinghua Science and Technology.Our aim is to showcase recent advancements and chart future directions in computational model theory and applications.The papers cover a diverse range of topics,including submodular optimization,approximation algorithms,complexity theory,algorithmic coding,number theory,differential privacy,and more.
