摘　　要：放射性皮肤损伤(radiation-induced skin injury,RISI)是指皮肤受到不同剂量的辐射时,受照射部位发生的皮肤损伤。RISI是肿瘤放射治疗(以下简称放疗)中常见的不良反应,影响患者的肿瘤治疗进程和生活质量。现从致病因素、临床表现、发病机制和治疗,结合最新研究进展对RISI作一综述。Radiation-induced skin injury(RISI) is defined as skin damage that occurs at the site of exposure when the skin is exposed to different doses of radiation.RISI is a common complication after radiotherapy for tumors,which affects the progress of tumor treatment and the quality of life of patients.In this review,we summarized the causative factors,clinical presentation,pathogenesis and treatment of RISI,with the light of the latest research progress.
