基于古代文献分析的经典名方平胃散关键信息考证

摘　　要：平胃散始载于《简要济众方》,是燥湿运脾、行气和胃的经典名方,收录于《古代经典名方目录(第二批)》。对平胃散的历史沿革,组方药味的基原、炮制、剂量,煎服方法,方义与功能主治进行考证,建议临床使用煮散剂时每服药量为苍术3.14 g、厚朴1.97 g、橘红1.97 g、甘草1.18 g,煎煮时加生姜2 g、大枣6 g,加水300 mL,煎煮至210 mL,去滓或去姜、枣,空腹食前温热服用,每日服用3次。平胃散临床多用于治疗消化系统疾病,内服治疗湿滞脾胃证及霍乱、瘴、妇人死胎不下、疟疾等,外用治疗闪肭、恶疮、脚气膝肿等。Pingwei Powder,first recorded in Concise Formulas to Aid Majorities(Jian Yao Ji Zhong Fang),is a classic formula for drying dampness,promoting the transport function of the spleen,moving qi,and harmonizing the stomach.It is included in the Catalogue of Ancient Classic and Famous Prescriptions(Second Batch).Based on the historical evolution,origins,processing,dosages,decoction methods,meaning,and functional applications of Pingwei Powder,it was recommended that clinical use of the decoction powder included 3.14 g of Atractylodis Rhizoma,1.97 g of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex,1.97 g of Citri Exocarpium Rubrum,and 1.18 g of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.When preparing the decoction,2 g of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens and 6 g of Jujubae Fructus were added,along with 300 mL of water,and the mixture was decocted to obtain 210 mL.Subsequently,the residue,or alternatively,the Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens and Jujubae Fructus were removed.The decoction should be taken warm before meals on an empty stomach,3 times a day.Clinically,Pingwei Powder is primarily used to treat diseases of the digestive system,including internal treatment for dampness stagnation in the spleen and stomach,cholera,miasma,women′s stillbirth,and malaria.It is also applied externally for conditions such as flash,malignant sores,athlete′s foot,and knee swelling.
