基于BIM技术的福建木结构文物建筑修缮保护研究——以华林寺大殿为例

摘  要:以福州市华林寺大殿为研究对象,该文首先对2016年华林寺大殿的现状勘察病害与修缮措施进行了分类分析。其次,搭建和添加了更适宜福建官式木结构文物建筑保护修缮设计的BIM与参数。再次,实现了在BIM中呈现华林寺大殿现状病害以及分别生成现状图纸和方案图纸的技术过程。最后,基于相关标准尝试建立福建官式木结构文物建筑信息模型修缮设计标准框架,可为福建地区建筑遗产保护修缮工程中建筑信息模型的建立、交付提供参考。将BIM技术运用到福建官式木结构文物建筑修缮是一次完美的尝试,为该地区的官式文物建筑保护提供了一定的技术支撑。Taking the Main Hall of Hualin Temple in Fuzhou City as the research object,we firstly conduct a classification analysis of the damages and repair measures of the hall in 2016.Secondly,starting from the needs of cultural heritage building conservation engineering,we construct and add more suitable Building Information Modeling(BIM)and parameters for the conservation and repair design of Fujian official style wooden structure cultural heritage buildings.Thirdly,we realize the technical process of presenting the current damages of Hualin Temple Main Hall in BIM and generating both existing condition drawings and scheme drawings separately.Finally,based on relevant standards,we attempt to establish a framework for the BIM repair design standards of Fujian official style wooden structure cultural heritage buildings,which can provide references for the establishment and delivery of BIM in the conservation and repair engineering of architectural heritage in the Fujian region.It is a perfect attempt to apply BIM technology to the conservation and repair of Fujian official style wooden structure cultural heritage buildings,so as to provide some technical support for the conservation of official style cultural heritage buildings in the region.
