摘　　要：【目的】以新质生产力引领农业农村现代化,是新阶段发展生产力、推进中国式现代化的必由之路。【方法】在厘清生产力、新质生产力和农业农村现代化内涵的基础上,从内在特征、生成机理、现实需求3个方面分析了以新质生产力引领农业农村现代化的基本逻辑。【结果】发展新质生产力有利于催生农业生产新动能、经营新模式、产业新业态,但也面临高质量生产要素缺乏、高水平科技创新不足、高效能组织协作不够等挑战。【结论】应遵循新质生产力与生产关系矛盾运动推进农业全要素生产率提升的规律,通过创新驱动、产业变革、数据赋能、要素协同4个方面促进农业农村现代化。【Objective】Leading agricultural and rural modernization with new quality productive forces is the inevitable path for developing productivity and advancing Chinese-style modernization in the new stage.【Method】Based on clarifying the connotations of productivity,new quality productive forces,agricultural and rural modernization,the study analyzes the basic logic of leading agricultural and rural modernization with new quality productive forces from three aspects:Intrinsic characteristics,generation mechanisms,and practical needs.【Result】Developing new quality productive forces is conducive to fostering new drivers of agricultural production,new business models,and new industrial forms.However,it also faces challenges such as a lack of high-quality production factors,insufficient high-level technological innovation,and inadequate high-efficiency organizational collaboration.【Conclusion】It is essential to follow the law of promoting the improvement of agricultural total factor productivity through the dialectical movement of the contradictions between new quality productive forces and production relations.This can be achieved by fostering agricultural and rural modernization through innovationdriven approaches,industrial transformation,data empowerment,and element coordination.
