摘 要:近年来在全球变暖、极端天气频发的大背景下,东北地区的气温逐年上升,炎热的天气和人民不断提高的生活质量,导致以空调为代表的降温负荷在夏季用电负荷中的占比越来越高,对东北电网迎峰度夏期间运行的影响也越来越大。利用基准负荷比较法对东北区域近年来的降温负荷进行测算,分析研究东北区域降温负荷的规律,基于回归分析深入研究降温负荷与气象温度之间的关系,细化区分工作日、休息日降温负荷特点,合理预测降温负荷发展趋势,可以更好地应对降温负荷的波动冲击对电网的不利影响。Against the backdrop of global warming and frequent extreme weather events,the temperature in Northeast China has been increasing year by year.The hot weather and the constantly improving quality of life of the people have led to an increasing proportion of cooling loads represented by air conditioning in summer electricity consumption,which applies more and more significant impact on the operation of the Northeast power grid during the peak-load summer period.Therefore,this paper uses the benchmark load comparison method to calculate the cooling load in the Northeast region in recent years,and analyzes the laws of cooling load in the Northeast region.Moreover,based on regression analysis,the relationship between cooling load and meteorological temperature is thoroughly studied,and the characteristics of cooling load on workdays and rest days are refined and distinguished.The development trend of cooling load is reasonably predicted in order to better cope with the adverse effects of fluctuations in cooling load on the power grid and be helpful to the smooth operation of the Northeast power grid during peak summer season.
