摘  要:绝缘材料中掺杂适量的纳米氧化物粒子可以大幅度提高绝缘材料的耐电晕性能,提升绝缘材料使用标准。为研究纳米Al_(2)O_(3)粒子质量分数对纳米Al_(2)O_(3)复合硅橡胶绝缘材料耐电晕性能的影响,采用“气泡法”分别制备纯硅橡胶绝缘材料试样与纳米Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数分别为1%、2%、3%的纳米Al_(2)O_(3)复合硅橡胶绝缘材料试样。通过对试验试样的耐电晕性能进行测试,分析得出纳米Al_(2)O_(3)复合硅橡胶试样的耐电晕性能优于纯硅橡胶试样,且纳米Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数为2%时,耐电晕性能最佳。Doping an appropriate amount of nano oxide particles into insulation materials can significantly improve their corona resistance and enhance their usage standards.In order to investigate the effect of the mass fraction of nano Al_(2)O_(3) particles on the corona resistance of nano Al_(2)O_(3) composite silicone rubber insulation materials,pure silicone rubber insulation material samples and nano Al,O,composite silicone rubber insulation material samples with nanoAl_(2)O_(3) mass fraction of 1%,2%,the analysis shows that the corona resistance of Al,O,compo silicone rubber samples is superior to that of pure silicone rubber samples,and the best corona of nano Al_(2)O_(3) was 2%.
