摘  要:针对一起220 kV线路220 kV支柱绝缘子断裂案例,通过现场宏观检查,结合超声波探伤检测等方法对绝缘子断裂原因进行综合分析。绝缘子横担及引流线发生异物搭挂,绝缘子发生闪络放电,引发单相接地故障,导致差动保护动作,造成线路两侧开关跳闸。分析表明,由于故障电流产生的电动力,使隔离开关间引线摆动,导致引线间支柱绝缘子发生折断。Aiming at a 220 kV post insulator fracture case of 220 kV transmission line,the causes of insulator fracture are comprehensively analyzed through on-site macroscopic inspection and ultrasonic flaw detection.The insulator cross arm and the drain wire are hung by foreign bodies and the insulator flashover discharges,causing a single-phase ground fault and differential protection action,resulting in the tripping of switches on both sides of the line.Analysis showes that the electromotive force generated by the fault current causes the lead wire between the disconnectors to swing,resulting in the breakage of the post insulator between the leads.
