不同配比下SF_(6)/CO_(2)/N_(2)和CF_(3)I/CO_(2)/N_(2)混合气体绝缘性能研究

摘  要:采用Boltzmann方程分析法计算求得不同配比SF_(6)/CO_(2)/N_(2)和CF_(3)I/CO_(2)/N_(2)混合气体的放电参数,进一步获得他们的折合临界击穿场强,并试验研究0.1 MPa、均匀电场下SF_(6)/CO_(2)/N_(2)和CF_(3)I/CO_(2)/N_(2)混合气体的工频击穿特性。结果表明,SF_(6)/CO_(2)/N_(2)和CF_(3)I/CO_(2)/N_(2)混合气体的折合临界击穿场强和工频击穿电压均随着CO_(2)含量的增加而下降;相同配比的SF_(6)/CO_(2)/N_(2)混合气体的折合临界击穿场强和工频击穿电压均始终高于CF_(3)I混合气体,但随着混合气体中CO_(2)含量的增加,二者的差距不断减小。通过对比发现,由Boltzmann方程解析法获得的折合临界击穿场强与由工频击穿电压折算获得的折合临界击穿场强在变化趋势是大致相同。The discharge parameters of SF_(6)/CO_(2)/N_(2) and CF_(3)I/CO_(2)/N_(2) gas mixtures with different proportions were calculated by the Boltzmann equation,and their folded critical breakdown field strengths were further obtained.The power frequency breakdown characteristics of SF_(6)/CO_(2)/N_(2) and CF_(3)I/CO_(2)/N_(2) gas mixtures under 0.1 MPa and uniform electric field were studied experimentally.The results showed that the critical breakdown field strength and power frequency breakdown voltage of SF_(6)/CO_(2)/N_(2) and CF_(3)I/CO_(2)/N_(2) gas mixtures both decreased with the increase of CO_(2) content.The critical breakdown strength and power frequency breakdown voltage of SF_(6)/CO_(2)/N_(2) gas mixtures was always higher than that of CF_(3)I/CO_(2)/N_(2) gas mixtures at the same ratio,but the gap between them decreased with the increase of CO_(2) content.Through comparison,it is found that the change trend of the converted critical breakdown field strength obtained by the analytical method of Boltzmann equation is roughly the same as that obtained by the conversion of power frequency breakdown voltage.
