摘　　要：阐述青岛商会旧址保护修缮工程的保护性修缮设计及实施过程,从历史文物建筑的修缮原则、活化利用、立面恢复、设计管控、施工工艺等方面入手,探索EPC工程总承包模式下的历史文物建筑修缮工作思路。Describing the process of protective renovation design and implementation of the conservation and renovation project of the Former Site of Chamber of Commerce in Qingdao,renovation ideas of historical relic buildings under engineering procurement construction mode are explored from the aspects of renovation principles,activated utilization,facade restoration,design control and construction technology.
