摘 要:钛与铝是轻质高强合金的典型代表,在“空天海化”领域有着广阔的应用场景。钛/铝异种金属构件能充分发挥各自的优异性能,提升经济效益。随着国防与“空天海化”事业的快速发展,钛/铝异种金属连接件也受到了高度的重视,而熔钎焊工艺为钛/铝的可靠连接提供了可行方案。本文较为详细地介绍了钛/铝异种金属熔钎焊工艺的研究进展,重点综述了激光熔钎焊、电弧熔钎焊、电子束熔钎焊3种工艺方法的研究进展,并对其发展进行了展望。Titanium and aluminum are typical representatives of lightweight and high-strength alloys,with broad application scenarios in the field of aerospace and ocean chemistry.Titanium/aluminum dissimilar metal components can fully utilize their excellent performance and improve economic benefits.With the rapid development of national defense and the aerospace industry,titanium/aluminum dissimilar metal connectors have also received high attention,and the welding-brazing process provides a feasible solution for the reliable connection of titanium/aluminum.This article provides a detailed introduction to the research progress of titanium/aluminum dissimilar metals welding-brazing technology,with a focus on the research progress of three process methods:laser welding-brazing,arc welding-brazing,and electron beam welding-brazing,and looks forward to their development.
