摘 要:为了提高8021铝合金的性能,采用Nd和Sr元素作为变质剂对其进行了改性处理。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪和万能试验机等研究了Nd和Sr元素的添加对8021铝合金的第二相形貌、晶粒尺寸和力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加Nd和Sr元素之后,合金的晶粒组织得到明显细化,第二相的形貌也发生了明显变化,添加Nd和Sr元素含量的不同,8021铝合金的力学性能也有明显的改善。添加0.4%Sr成功地将合金中的β(Al_(5)FeSi)相变质为α(Al_(8)Fe_(2)Si)相,其抗拉强度、伸长率和杯突值分别为110.9 MPa、6.27%和8.12 mm。添加0.06%Nd显著改善了合金中共晶硅相的形貌,从而改善其力学性能,抗拉强度、伸长率和杯突值分别达到了114.0 MPa、8.11%和8.26 mm。In order to improve the performance of 8021 aluminum alloy,Nd and Sr elements were used as modifiers for modification.The effects of the addition of Nd and Sr elements on second phase morphology,grain size and mechanical properties of the 8021 aluminum alloy were studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometer and universal testing machine.The results show that after adding Nd and Sr elements,the grain structure of the alloy is significantly refined,and the morphology of the second phase also changes significantly.The mechanical properties of the 8021 aluminum alloy are also significantly improved with the different contents of Nd and Sr elements added.The addition of 0.4%Sr successfully transformsβ(Al_(5)FeSi)phase intoα(Al_(8)Fe_(2)Si)phase in the alloy,and its tensile strength,elongation,and cupping value are 110.9 MPa,6.27%,and 8.12 mm,respectively.The addition of 0.06%Nd significantly improves the morphology of eutectic silicon phase in the alloy,thereby improving its mechanical properties,and its tensile strength,elongation and cupping value are 114.0 MPa,8.11%and 8.26 mm,respectively.
