摘 要:采用电磁水平连铸技术制备了650 mm宽幅锡磷青铜合金铸坯,研究电磁参数对其水平连铸组织和铸造性能的影响。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪和密度测试等研究了施加电磁前后锡磷青铜铸坯组织和性能的变化。结果表明:当电磁参数为20 A、20 Hz时,能有效地抑制锡磷青铜铸坯的锡元素偏析,使锡元素偏析标准差由0.5%下降至0.12%;施加电磁场后,铸坯晶粒组织由柱状晶向等轴晶转变,结合弱面消失,疏松、缩孔等微观铸造缺陷减少,铸坯致密度增加,从而有利于提升锡磷青铜铸坯表面和内部质量;施加电磁场后,铸坯的晶粒组织细化,微观偏析得到一定程度抑制,使得均匀化退火更充分,均匀化退火后铸坯的平均晶粒尺寸由未施加电磁场的700μm下降至260μm。A 650 mm wide tin-phosphorus bronze alloy billet was prepared using electromagnetic horizontal continuous casting technology,and the influence of electromagnetic parameters on its horizontal continuous casting microstructure and casting properties was studied.The changes in the microstructure and properties of the tin-phosphorus bronze billets before and after electromagnetic application were studied using optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,and density testing.The results show that when the electromagnetic parameters are 20 A and 20 Hz,the Sn element segregation of the tin-phosphorus bronze billets can be effectively suppressed,and the standard deviation of Sn element segregation can be reduced from 0.5%to 0.12%.After applying an electromagnetic field,the grain structure of the billets transforms from columnar crystals to equiaxed crystals,the weak bonding surfaces disappear,the microscopic casting defects such as porosity and shrinkage porosity are reduced,and the density of the billets increases,which is beneficial for improving the surface and internal quality of the tin-phosphorus bronze billets.After applying an electromagnetic field,the grain structure of the billets is refined,and micro-segregation is suppressed to a certain extent,making homogenization annealing more complete.After homogenization annealing,the average grain size of the billets decreases from 700μm without applying an electromagnetic field to 260μm.
