固溶时间对18Ni(250)马氏体时效钢组织和性能的影响

摘  要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术、力学试验机和冲击试验机等研究了单次循环相变处理后固溶处理时间对18Ni(250)马氏体时效钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明,单次循环18Ni(250)马氏体时效钢在820℃固溶处理1~8 h后原始奥氏体晶粒较仅单次循环后明显细化,固溶处理1 h时晶粒最细,为14.2μm。随固溶处理时间增加,试验钢的晶粒逐渐长大,同时马氏体板条块尺寸逐渐变大,小角度晶界向大角度转化,抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐降低,冲击吸收能量呈先增加后降低的趋势,断后伸长率变化不大,断面收缩率呈先增加后降低趋势。18Ni(250)马氏体时效钢经单次循环相变后在820℃固溶1~3 h时具有较好的强韧性匹配。Effect of solution treatment time after single-cycle phase transformation treatment on microstructure and properties of 18Ni(250)maraging steel was studied using optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)technique,mechanical testing machine and impact testing machine.The results show that the original austenite grains of the 18Ni(250)maraging steel after single-cycle phase transformation treatment and that after solution treatment at 820℃for 1-8 h are significantly refined compared to those after only single-cycle phase transformation treatment,and the grain size is finest of 14.2μm after solution treatment for 1 h.With the increase of solution treatment time,the grain size of the experimental steel gradually grows,the size of martensite lath blocks gradually increases,the small angle grain boundary transforms to the large angle grain boundary,the tensile strength and yield strength gradually decrease,the impact absorption energy shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,the elongation does not change much,and the reduction of area shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The 18Ni(250)maraging steel exhibits good strength and toughness matching after single-cycle phase transformation treatment and that after solution treatment at 820℃for 1-3 h.
