摘　　要：保险机构良好的公司治理是确保保险业健康和稳健发展的基石。南开大学中国保险机构治理评价课题组(NKU-CIIGET)研发了包含六大治理内容维度和两大治理层次维度共计70个评价指标的中国保险机构治理评价体系(CIIGES),并基于手工整理的保险机构公开披露数据生成了2016—2023年中国保险机构治理指数(CIIGI)。本研究详细论述了中国保险机构治理评价体系的关键评价要素,并基于2016—2023年中国保险机构治理指数,从治理总指数、治理等级和评级、治理分指数以及分类治理指数角度对我国保险机构治理质量展开了全面分析,最后分别从监管层面和机构层面针对性地提出了提升我国保险机构治理质量的对策建议。Excellent corporate governance status of insurance institutions is the foundation of ensuring the healthy and steady development of the insurance industry.The China Insurance Institution Governance Evaluation Team of Nankai University(NKU-CIIGET)has developed the China Insurance Institution Governance Evaluation System(CIIGES)that includes six governance content dimensions and two governance level dimensions,totaling 70 evaluation indicators,and generated the 2016-2023 China Insurance Institution Governance Index(CIIGI)based on the manually sorted public disclosure data of insurance institutions.This study provides a detailed introduction to the key evaluation elements of the CIIGES and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the governance quality of Chinese insurance institutions from the perspectives of the overall governance index,governance levels and ratings,sub-index of governance and categorized governance index.Finally,targeted recommendations are proposed from both regulatory and institutional perspectives to improve the governance quality of Chinese insurance institutions.
