摘  要:随着大数据、人工智能技术以及AI大模型的飞速发展,保险行业正经历着前所未有的变革。传统保险营销模式中,营销员在展业过程中常因客户信息不全、需求了解不充分等问题,导致拜访效率低下、客户体验不佳。同时,海量保单数据和客户数据资源未能得到充分利用,限制了保险配置的优化和展业效率的提高。本文提出了一种基于AI大模型+客户家庭画像的智能拜访话术与险种推荐方法,旨在通过整合客户多维度数据,结合AI大模型技术,为保险营销员提供个性化的拜访话术及智能化险种推荐服务。该方法不仅能提高营销员的展业效率,还能显著提升客户体验,为保险行业的数字化转型提供有力支持。With the rapid development of big data,artificial intelligence(AI)technology,and large AI models,the insurance industry is undergoing unprecedented transformations.In traditional insurance marketing models,sales representatives often encounter issues such as incomplete customer information and inadequate understanding of customer needs,leading to inefficient sales visits and poor customer experiences.Furthermore,the vast amounts of policy and customer data resources have not been fully utilized,hindering the optimization of insurance allocations and the enhancement of operational efficiency.This paper proposes an intelligent sales pitch and insurance product recommendation method based on large AI models and customer family portraits.By integrating multi-dimensional customer data and leveraging large AI model technology,this method aims to provide personalized sales pitches and intelligent insurance product recommendations for insurance sales representatives.This approach can not only improve the operational efficiency of sales representatives but also significantly enhance customer experiences,offering robust support for the digital transformation of the insurance industry.
