摘  要:为缓解人们紧张焦虑等负面情绪,文章设计了一款运用APP控制加压系统自动充放气的服装模拟拥抱接触行为。首先通过文献查阅与问卷分析,研究基于接触安慰时人类产生积极正向的情感反应原理,利用拥抱接触压力实验得到最舒适的拥抱方式和拥抱压力范围;其次将ESP32控制板、继电器、气泵、电源、柔性气囊与服装结合,使用蓝牙模块实现手机APP控制服装中柔性气囊充放气;最后采用技术接受度模型对服装的舒适性、功能有效性等8个维度进行效果评价。结果表明,拥抱行为对缓解负面情绪(如感到沮丧、担心发生的不幸、犹豫不决及忧虑)有显著作用,对于自信、愉悦的积极情绪显著提高。最受欢迎的拥抱姿势为环腰式拥抱,拥抱时手掌、手臂、胸部和腹部接触部位的压强范围分别为0.2~3.0、1.0~5.0、0.2~3.5、0.2~1.5 kPa。服装整体评价效果显示克伦巴赫系数(α)为0.872,其中功能有效性及感知舒适性α值最高,分别为0.872和0.841,评价效果良好,能够达到模拟拥抱提供安慰的作用。The accelerating pace of modern life has led to increased stress and difficulties in managing negative emotions,affecting physiological health.Currently,over 200 diseases are associated with emotional factors.University students,facing increased academic and employment pressures,are particularly susceptible to mental health issues.A global survey published in Science magazine revealed that graduate students experience higher rates of anxiety(41%)and depression(39%)compared to the general population(6%).This group urgently requires care and companionship from family and friends,genuine emotional exchanges,and support in developing positive psychological attitudes and coping skills.Hugging is a simple yet effective method for emotional relief.Physical contact conveys emotional support and comfort,helping individuals better manage life’s stresses and challenges,improve mood,and enhance quality of life.To alleviate negative emotions such as tension and anxiety,a garment simulating hugging contact behavior was designed by utilizing an APP-controlled automatic inflation and deflation pressure system.The design process began with a literature review and questionnaire analysis to investigate the principles of positive emotional responses based on comforting touch.Hugging contact pressure experiments determined the most comfortable hugging methods and pressure ranges,informing the placement of pressure points and airbag sizes in the garment.Results indicated that hugging significantly alleviates negative emotions(such as depression,worry,indecision,and anxiety)and notably enhances positive emotions like confidence and joy.The most popular hugging posture was found to be the waist-encircling hug,with pressure ranges of 0.2-3.0 kPa for palms,1.0-5.0 kPa for arms,0.2-3.5 kPa for chest,and 0.2-1.5 kPa for abdomen.The garment’s design addressed both carrier and functional aspects.The carrier design included both garment style and fabric selection.An H-shaped silhouette in light blue was chosen.Flexible airbag fabric was cr
