摘 要:建筑高度是城市空间形态在垂直维度的表现,能直接反映城市风貌,对保护城市景观视廊、塑造城市特色景观风貌具有重要意义。在此背景下,以常州市天宁宝塔为例,研究了面向景观视廊保护的城市建筑控高分析方法,根据景观体现状选取合适的景观视点,遴选构建重点景观视廊,结合现状实景三维模型构建三维可视域,在此基础上进行控高分析,确定规划建设方案建设高度限值。实验表明本文提出的面向景观视廊保护的城市建筑控高分析方法可以达到米级精度,大大提升了城市规划设计领域的控高分析效率。Building height is the expression of urban spatial form in the vertical dimension,which can directly reflect the urban style,and has great significance for protecting the urban landscape view corridor and shaping the urban characteristic landscape style.In this context,taking Tianning Pagoda in Changzhou City as an example,the analysis method of urban building height control for landscape view corridor protection was studied.The suitable landscape view point was selected according to the landscape embodiment,the key landscape view corridor was selected and constructed,and the three-dimensional visual field was constructed according to the three-dimensional model of the current reality.On this basis,the height control analysis was carried out to determine the construction height limit of the planning and construction scheme.The experiment shows that the proposed method of urban building height control analysis for landscape view corridor protection can reach meter-level accuracy,which greatly improves the analysis efficiency of urban planning and design.
