摘 要:钻孔灌注桩工程水下灌注混凝土施工时,通常采用测绳人工测定的方法来测定混凝土超灌高度,其误差受人为主观因素影响较大,易造成桩顶混凝土超灌高度过大或欠灌等问题。为解决此问题,根据工程桩浇筑过程中桩孔内泥浆、浮浆、混凝土三种介质比重不同,在同一深度对传感器产生的压强也不同的原理,研制了一种便携式水下钻孔灌注桩桩顶混凝土超灌高度控制装置,并进行了现场试验。试验结果表明,该装置造价相对较低,精度高,简便实用,具有较高的推广价值。In the underwater concrete pouring construction of bored pile,the method of measuring rope is usually used to measure the overfilling height of concrete,and its error is greatly affected by subjective factors,which is easy to cause problems such as too large or underfilling height of concrete on the top of pile.In order to solve this problem,according to the principle that mud,floating slurry and concrete in the pile hole are different in weight and the pressure on the sensor is different at the same depth,we developed a portable device for controlling the overfilling height of the concrete at the top of the underwater bored pile,and carried out field tests.The test results show that the device is relatively low cost,high precision,simple and practical,and has high popularization value.
