摘  要:深水钻井隔水管是连接浮式钻井平台与防喷器的关键设备,在服役过程中面临着复杂多变的海洋环境,承受着恶劣的作业载荷,力学行为复杂,其安全可靠运行是深海油气资源高效开发的前提。为获取不同工况下深水钻井隔水管的作业窗口,以我国南海自主开发的深水陵水17-2气田为研究对象,在考虑海洋环境、浮式平台及隔水管系统的基础上,通过隔水管系统弱点分析、平台漂移分析以及不同工况下隔水管作业窗口评估,制订了隔水管配置方案,形成了深水钻井隔水管作业窗口分析方法,并在陵水17-2-A7井得到成功应用。研究结果表明:①导管接头处是隔水管系统的最薄弱点,上、下球铰转角、导管应力和张紧器冲程都是影响隔水管作业窗口的主要因素。②正常钻进工况作业窗口主要受上、下球铰转角限制,连接非钻进及生存工况主要受张紧器冲程和导管接头能力限制。③在一年一遇的海流条件下,风速分别为33.4 m/s与17.5 m/s时,平台最大偏移量为水深的1.6%与3.2%;当平台漂移24.0 m与46.0 m时,平台应急解脱(EDS)必须启动以保证平台漂移距离不超过允许漂移距离的最大值。结论认为,形成的深水钻井隔水管作业窗口分析方法为陵水17-2气田的安全高效钻井提供了技术支撑,对南海复杂海洋环境下深水钻井隔水管设计与工程应用具有重要指导意义。The deepwater drilling riser is a key equipment used to connect floating drilling platform with blowout preventer in deepwater drilling engineering.During service process,risers face complex and diverse marine environments,and undergo harsh operating loads,exhibiting complex mechanical behaviors.Therefore,their safe and reliable operation is a prerequisite for efficient development of deepwater oil and gas resources.In this paper,the independently developed deepwater LS17-2 gas field in the South China Sea is taken as a research object to understand the operation windows of deepwater drilling riser under different working conditions.Based on marine environment,floating platform and riser system,the riser system weakness analysis and the platform drift analysis are conducted,and the operation windows of riser under different working conditions are evaluated.On this basis,the riser configuration scheme is formulated,and the method for analyzing operation windows of deepwater drilling riser is developed,and has been successfully applied in Well LS17-2-A7.The following results are obtained.First,the conductor joint is the weakest point of the riser system.The upper and lower ball joint angles,the conductor stress,and the tensioner stroke are the main factors influencing the riser operation window.Second,under the working condition of normal drilling,the operation window is mainly limited by upper and lower ball joint angles,while under the connecting without drilling and the survivor conditions,it is mainly under the limitation of tensioner stroke and conductor joint capacity.Third,under the once-a-year current condition,the maximum offset of the platform is 1.6%and 3.2%of water depth when the wind speed is 33.4 m/s and 17.5 m/s,respectively.When the platform drifts by 24.0 m and 46.0 m,the platform emergency release(EDS)must be activated to ensure the platform drift distance not to exceed the maximum allowable drift distance.In conclusion,the proposed analysis method of operation window for deepwater drilling riser
