摘　　要：在采用落地式脚手架的工程项目中,当销售展示或市政先行施工时,室外地下室顶往往会要求提前施工防水及回填土方,但是由于塔楼的主体结构施工需要在地下室顶板浇筑完成后马上进行落地脚手架施工以及脚手架的搭设,影响防水施工与土方回填进度,两者之间存在施工顺序上的矛盾。为解决此问题,对落地式脚手架立杆根部防水施工、土方提前回填、立杆后拆除制定技术措施,把脚手架搭设、防水、回填土、脚手架拆除工序综合、高效地组织在一起,这对类似工程有参考借鉴作用。In engineering projects that use floor standing scaffolding,when sales displays or municipal construction are carried out first,the outdoor basement roof often requires advance construction of waterproofing and backfilling of soil.However,due to the fact that the main structure construction of the tower requires the construction of the floor standing scaffolding immediately after the completion of the basement roof pouring,as well as the erection of the scaffolding,it affects the progress of waterproofing construction and soil backfilling,and there is a contradiction in the construction sequence between the two.To solve this problem,technical measures have been formulated for waterproofing construction at the root of the standing pole of the floor standing scaffold,advance backfilling of earthwork,and dismantling after the pole is erected.The scaffold erection,waterproofing,backfilling,and dismantling processes are comprehensively and efficiently organized together,which can provide reference and guidance for similar projects.
