摘 要:盾构机在长距离软硬不均地层掘进时,由于掌子面岩土强度差异大,极易出现刀具异常磨损、掌子面塌陷、盾壳抱死受困、喷涌、滞排等问题,造成工期延误,且对掘进施工安全、质量产生影响。依托珠江三角洲水资源配置工程多台盾构机在软硬不均地层顺利掘进的案例,总结出深埋长距离软硬不均地层掘进盾构机的针对性设计、掘进参数选择、盾构姿态方向控制、提前规划开仓或换刀位置等技术控制要点,为以后类似工程提供参考。When the shield machine excavates in uneven soft and hard strata over long distances,due to the large difference in rock and soil strength on the face,it is prone to problems such as abnormal tool wear,face collapse,shield shell locking and trapping,gushing,and delayed discharge,which can cause delays in the construction period and affect the safety and quality of excavation construction.Relying on the successful tunneling of multiple shield machines in the uneven soft and hard strata of the Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project,the technical control points such as targeted design,tunneling parameter selection,shield attitude direction control,and advance planning of the position of opening or tool change of the shield machine in the deep buried and long distance uneven soft and hard strata are summarized to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
