摘  要:西门子SGT5-8000H燃气轮机是中国近几年开始引进的高效率、高灵活性H级燃机机型之一。阐述了燃气轮机排气温度控制的理论依据和作用,结合深圳某2×700 MWH级“一拖一”西门子H级燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组的调试过程,分析了H级燃机的排气温度控制逻辑及影响因素,简要描述了H级压气机进气导叶IGV/VGV的调试过程。对于国内SGT5-8000H机组的调试、运维等专业技术人员而言,深入了解并掌握燃气轮机排气温度控制的理论依据、控制逻辑及影响因素,以及IGV/VGV的调试方法,对于确保机组安全、高效、稳定运行具有重要意义。The Siemens SGT5-8000H gas turbine is one of the high-efficiency and highly flexible H-class gas turbine models introduced in China in recent years.This article elaborates on the theoretical basis and role of gas turbine exhaust temperature control,and combines it with the commissioning process of a 2×700 MWH class"one to one"Siemens H-class gas steam combined cycle generator set in Shenzhen.It analyzes the exhaust temperature control logic and influencing factors of H-class gas turbines,and briefly describes the commissioning process of the IGV/VGV inlet guide vanes of the H-class compressor.For professional technicians in the commissioning,operation,and maintenance of domestic SGT5-8000H units,a deep understanding and mastery of the theoretical basis,control logic,and influencing factors of gas turbine exhaust temperature control,as well as the commissioning methods of IGV/VGV,is of great significance for ensuring the safe,efficient,and stable operation of the units.
