摘 要:随着城市地铁系统的快速扩展和运营需求的增加,传统的电气连接器设计已经无法满足现代地铁车辆设备的高效率和高可靠性需求。为解决机械强度不足、环境适应性差、电磁兼容性不良以及接触不良等问题,首先利用仿真分析选择了具有高机械强度的材料用于制造连接器,其次改进了密封结构,以提升连接器在复杂环境下的稳定性,最后说明了如何加强电磁兼容设计和引入自清洁机制防止间歇性断开问题,实现地铁车辆设备电气连接器的综合性能提升。With the rapid expansion of urban subway systems and the increasing demand for operation,traditional electrical connector designs are no longer able to meet the high efficiency and reliability requirements of modern subway vehicle equipment.To address issues such as insufficient mechanical strength,poor environmental adaptability,poor electromagnetic compatibility,and poor contact,simulation analysis was first used to select materials with high mechanical strength for manufacturing connectors.Secondly,the sealing structure was improved to enhance the stability of the connector in complex environments.Finally,this paper explained how to strengthen electromagnetic compatibility design and introduce self-cleaning mechanisms to prevent intermittent disconnection problems were explained.This achieved comprehensive performance improvement of electrical connectors for subway vehicle equipment,providing practical reference for relevant personnel.
