摘　　要：水利工程项目法人作为项目生产、质量、技术和经营管理的全权负责主体,其安全生产标准化创建对于确保项目顺利实施、提升工程质量、保障技术合规及实现项目完好履约具有至关重要的作用。基于水利工程项目法人安全生产标准化常见问题与策略展开分析,旨在促进水利工程项目管理水平的全面提升,保障项目安全高效运行,并为后续管理工作的推进奠定基础。As the sole responsible entity for project production,quality,technology,and management,the legal representative of water conservancy engineering projects plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth implementation of the project,improving engineering quality,ensuring technical compliance,and achieving complete project performance through the establishment of standardized safety production.This article is based on the analysis of common problems and strategies in the standardization of safety production for water conservancy project legal persons,aiming to promote the comprehensive improvement of water conservancy project management level,ensure the safe and efficient operation of projects,and lay the foundation for the promotion of subsequent management work.
