摘  要:分析了涂板纸对电池初始容量的影响,并且对比了不同厂家涂板纸的性能指标,及其对电池性能的影响。通过试验验证,透气度作为涂板纸的重要指标,影响着电池的性能,尤其是初始容量。为了解决初始容量的问题,做了一些涂板纸改善的探究。改进后的涂板纸具有透气高,拉升强度大,可以部分代替AGM隔板等相关优势。通过性能测试得出,采用玻纤涂板纸的电池具有初始容量高,化成能耗低,和采用普通涂板纸时同样水平的循环寿命。The effect of pasting paper on the initial capacity of battery was analyzed,and the performance indexes of pasting paper from different manufacturers were compared.The test results show that air permeability,as an important index of pasting paper,affects the performance of the battery,especially the initial capacity.In order to solve the problem of initial capacity,some improvements of pasting paper have been explored.The improved pasting paper has the advantages of high air permeability,high tensile strength,and can partially replace the AGM separator.Through the performance test,the battery with pasting paper made of glass fiber has high initial capacity,low formation energy consumption,and the same level of cycle life as that with ordinary pasting paper.
