摘  要:针对极寒条件下军用二次电池的充放电性能下降从而严重影响部队作战保障能力的问题,分析了二次电池保障现状与矛盾问题,研究了极寒条件下二次电池保障需求,探讨了不同二次电池充放电低温适应性关键技术,进一步阐述了电池快充技术的优越性与换电保障模式的可行性。For the extreme cold conditions of military secondary battery charging and discharging performance decline and thus seriously affect the troops combat security capabilities of the problem,this paper analyzes the current situation of the secondary battery security and contradictory issues,the study of the extreme cold conditions of the secondary battery security needs,through the discussion of different secondary battery charging and discharging of low-temperature adaptability of the key technology to further elaborates the superiority of battery fast charging technology and the feasibility of power exchange guarantee mode.
