摘  要:为了确保阀控式铅酸蓄电池的性能均衡性和化成过程中温度有效控制,采用孔率为94%~95%的吸附式玻璃纤维隔板,使吸酸量均衡。控制极群组的装配压强范围为58~60 kPa,保证极板间隙均匀。采用间隙式电池槽设计,使冷却水均匀进入各间隙内。在化成过程中,由于电池各单体的四面与冷却水接触,温度得以均衡控制。温度的均衡控制稳定了极板活性物质的成分,提高了电池容量均衡性,提高了同批次电池的配组率。In order to ensure the balance of performance and effective temperature control during the formation process of valve regulated lead-acid batteries,an adsorption type glass fiber separator with a porosity of 94%to 95%is adopted to achieve balanced acid absorption.Ensure even clearance between the electrode plates and control the assembly pressure range of the electrode group to be 58~60 kPa.Adopting a design of gap type container can make the cooling water evenly enter each gap.During the formation process,the four sides of each individual cell of the battery come into contacting with the cooling water.And the temperature can be evenly controlled.The balanced control of temperature stabilizes the composition of active substances in the electrode plate,improves the equalization of battery capacity,and improves the matching rate of batteries in the same batch.
