摘　　要：心脏磁共振具有无辐射、多参数、多序列、多平面等优点,能够实现对冠状动脉疾病患者心脏运动及形态功能、血流和灌注等一站式评估。本文将简要介绍心脏磁共振的常见影像学指标,并重点介绍各个参数在冠状动脉疾病的诊断、治疗和预后评估等方面的应用。Cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)has the advantages of being radiation-free,multi-parameter,multi-sequence,and multi-planar,enabling one-stop assessment of cardiac motion and morphologic function,blood flow and perfusion in patients with coronary artery disease.This article briefly introduces the typical imaging indicators of CMR and highlights the application in the diagnosis,treatment and prognostic assessment of coronary artery disease.
