摘 要:以姬松茸ZJJSR001菌株栽培过程中的培养料和覆土材料为试验材料,对姬松茸栽培过程中元素动态进行跟踪研究,以期为姬松茸高效绿色栽培技术和镉富集机制研究提供参考。结果表明,姬松茸栽培过程中栽培料的主要营养元素含量整体呈现上升的趋势,并从覆土材料中吸收营养微量元素和重金属元素。其中,在对重金属元素的动态跟踪中发现,甘蔗渣、复合肥料、牛粪和覆土材料是其主要来源。因此在姬松茸栽培过程中,选择优质土壤、严选原料、优化配方,并适当添加改良剂,将有效降低姬松茸子实体的重金属含量。In the cultivation process of Agaricus blazei(ZJJSR001),the cultivation substrate and casing soil were used as experimental materials to track the dynamic change of elements during the cultivation.Aim to provide reference for efficient and environmentally friendly cultivation techniques,as well as the research of cadmium enrichment mechanisms.The results indicate that during the cultivation process of A.blazei,there is an overall increasing trend in the content of the main nutrient elements in substrates.A.blazei also absorbs trace nutrient elements and heavy metal elements from the soil.In the dynamic tracking of heavy metal elements,it was found that sugarcane bagasse,compound fertilizer,cow dung,and covering soil are the main sources.Therefore,in the cultivation process of A.blazei,selecting high-quality soil,carefully selecting raw materials,optimizing the formula,and adding appropriate amendments will effectively reduce the heavy metal content in A.blazei fruit bodies.
