摘　　要：公文起首语是位于公文开头,用来说明公文的发文人(发文机构)、发文目的,以提示公文内容的用语。规范标点起首语是初学者较难跨越的一道门槛。通过对明清档案起首语中发文人(发文机构)、事由、发文人(发文机构)与事由之间、事由结束时的标点,以及部分其他体裁起首语的标点方式的纠正和辨析,得出这一交代词标点使用的一般性结论。对此问题的探讨,不仅有助于档案初学者和利用者准确阅读和理解档案的结构与内容,也将有益于明清档案及其同类文书的规范整理。Preamble of an official document is at the beginning of an official document,which is used to explain the author(issuing institution)and the purpose of issuing the official document,so as to indicate the content of the official document.It is difficult for beginners to standardize the punctuation of the preamble.By correcting and discriminating the punctuation ways of author(issuing institution),cause,author(issuing institution)and cause,at the end of cause,as well as some other types of preamble,And then the general conclusion of the use of the punctuations of preamble is drawn.The discussion of this problem is not only helpful for beginners and users of archives to accurately read and understand the structure and content of archives,but also beneficial to the standard arrangement of archives and similar documents in Ming and Qing Dynasties.
