摘  要:钻井过程中通常因封堵性能欠缺出现井塌、井漏以及油气层损害等问题,在碳酸盐岩缝洞型复杂地层中尤为显著。而现有的封堵评价方法在复杂地层模型刻画时具有一定的局限性,为此本文建立了基于3D打印技术的复杂地层封堵评价新方法。该方法根据岩心缝洞分布特征及测井资料,通过三维建模、3D打印模拟制成人造岩心作为封堵介质来模拟微米级缝洞,借助高压驱替法根据封堵剂或钻井液渗透率变化情况评价封堵性能。选取了不同目数CAG、不同加量HKL 2种封堵剂进行评价,在4 MPa下封堵效果最好的是“2%CAG (1 250目)+2%CAG (2 500目)+1.5%HKL”柔性、刚性颗粒搭配。为进一步验证该方法的可行性,以顺南A井为例,应用缝洞-孔隙型模拟介质钻井液封堵新方法及高温高压滤失量法评价CAG、HKL封堵性能,结果验证了新建立的钻井液封堵剂封堵性能评价方法的可行性。研究结果表明:优选出的封堵材料与顺南A井现场钻井液有很好的配伍性,钻井液累计漏失量最大为15.2 mL,能实现全面有效封堵,该评价方法可以为复杂地层钻井液封堵性能评价提供可靠的实验支撑。In the process of drilling,problems such as well collapse,well loss,and oil and gas formation damage usually occur due to lack of seal performance,especially in carbonate fracture-vuggy complex formations.However,the existing plugging evaluation methods have some limitations in the characterization of complex formation models,so a new plugging evaluation method based on 3D printing technology is established.According to the distribution characteristics of core fractures and holes and logging data,artificial core made by 3D modeling and 3D printing simulation is used as the plugging medium to simulate micron level fractures and holes,and the plugging performance is evaluated according to the change of plugging agent or drilling fluid permeability with the help of high-pressure displacement method.Two plugging agents with different mesh number of CAG and different dosage of HKL were selected for evaluation.The combination of flexible and rigid particles of"2%CAG(1250 mesh)+2%CAG(2500 mesh)+1.5%HKL"had the best plugging effect at 4 MPa.In order to further verify the feasibility of this method,Well Shunnan A was taken as an example,the sealing properties of CAG and HKL were evaluated by the new fusionpore simulation medium drilling fluid plugging method and the high temperature and high pressure filtration loss method,the results verified the feasibility of the newly established evaluation method of drilling fluid plugging agent plugging performance.The research results show that the selected plugging material has good compatibility with the drilling fluid in Shunnan Well A,and the cumulative loss of drilling fluid is up to 15.2 mL,which can realize comprehensive and effective plugging.This evaluation method can provide reliable experimental support for the evaluation of plugging performance of drilling fluid in complex formations.
