摘 要:为明晰戈壁大温差地区水稳砂砾基层沥青路面的拱胀开裂病害机理,本文根据依托项目的公路结构构建道路结构拱胀开裂仿真模型,研究胀缝间距、路表极端温差以及水稳基层矿料级配等条件对道路拱胀开裂的影响机制,进而提出了对应的预防措施。结果表明:戈壁地区的大温差条件是诱发道路拱胀开裂的重要因素,而胀缝间距与道路拱胀开裂程度呈现正线性关系。推荐该地区的水稳基层矿料级配优先选择骨架空隙型,施工时间为春秋季,胀缝的间距设计为50 m,宽度为2.35~2.90 cm,材料为冷拌树脂类材料。To investigate the mechanism of arch cracking in cement-stabilized gravel base asphalt pavements in the gobi region with large temperature differences,a simulation model of arch cracking in road structures was established according to the highway structure of the dependent project.The influence of expansion joint spacing,road surface temperature differences,and base layer grade on the arch cracking of the road was examined.Based on the findings,corresponding preventive measures were proposed.Results indicate that the significant temperature differences in the Gobi region are a primary factor inducing arch cracking in the roads.The degree of arch cracking has a positive linear relationship with the spacing of expansion joints.Therefore,it is recommended that in this region,the mineral gradation of the cement-stabilized base course should preferably be of the skeleton gap type,and construction should take place in spring and autumn.Expansion joint spacing should be designed at 50 meters,with joint widths of 2.35-2.90 cm,using cold-mixed resin materials for expansion joints.
