摘  要:介绍全地形车轮胎胎侧抗刺穿结构的设计。通过优化轮胎骨架材料的性能和结构分布,设计3种胎侧抗刺穿结构。结果表明,与普通轮胎相比,3种胎侧抗刺穿结构轮胎的胎侧强度性能都有非常明显的提升,同时耐久性能和高速性能均符合相应标准的要求,能够满足市场的差异化需求。The design of sidewall puncture-resistant structures for all-terrain vehicle tires was introduced.Three types of sidewall puncture-resistant structures were developed by optimizing the performance and structural distribution of skeleton materials of tires.The results showed that compared with ordinary tires,the sidewall strength performance of the three types of sidewall puncture-resistant structure tires was significantly improved,and the durability and high-speed performance met the requirements of the corresponding standards,which could meet the differentiated needs of markets.
